		<description>Hey - Ontario teacher trolling the web for resources. Your LearnAlberta site is awesome. Is there no way for an Ontario teacher to access some of the "locked" resources? Any spare logins floating around? I would love to see some of them...

		<description>I can totally relate to you here. I've always been reluctant to ask someone else to 'work for me'. It made me feel like a rude bossy guy. But, delegation will in the end make us more effective, and give others a chance to learn and grow. I think it's important to offload things that others can do just as well as us or better, and especially those tasks that we hate or dread doing. Once we let others take those on, we will feel a sense of freedom that will help us be more creative and happier.
